Minutes from meeting:
1. Banquet was agreed at Sportsmans.
April 17th,2011 @ 3pm - bowling
All funds raised at 3pm will be put towards the prize fund of that day.
3 games per league bowler, NO Alley fees for these games.
5:30-pm banquet in the lounge.
Menu :Variety of Pizza, Ziti, Meatballs, Oven Roasted Chicken, Italian Roasted Potatoes, Sausage & Peppers, Tossed Salad, Bread or Rolls w/butter, and Soda. Desserts to be provided by Trixie
Price: 50 people=575.00
Note: We will invite people who were in the first part half of the season to the banquet.
2. We will have 2 1/2 hours of free bowling prior to the banquet. To be decided what type.

3. Ballots for Nominations next week.
Ballots will contain:
- Nominations for all four officers
-Sportsmans Award Recipient
-Attending Banquet: Yes/No
4. Board election will be held on the night of the banquet.
5. We will order trophies as originally planned.
6. We will let the domain name, capitalareapridebowlers.com expire, and keep the http://capitalareapridebowlers.blogspot.com website.
7. I read aloud the details of the two contracts. I will post details and total value into a discussion group. This will be voted upon the night of the banquet.
8. Since the banquet is less than the budgeted amount, any excess funds in the treasury will be distributed to league members as a 'bonus' to the prize fund.
9. For those interested, below and attached are the details of a potential Vegas league for the summer. I posted into a discussion group.
In general, it's 15 weeks x $20/week = $300. You receive four nights in a hotel and a by one get one free airfare, to be used up to one year after sign up.
